Protective and Long‑Lasting Façade

The building’s exterior plays a significant role in its overall condition and requires regular maintenance. The purpose of the façade is to protect the building from weather, and changing weather conditions continuously wear down the exterior. The rainwater system (gutters and downpipes) must be designed so that water is directed into the municipal stormwater system or far enough away from the building.

Water leaking into walls or foundation structures can, over time, cause serious issues such as rot and mould damage. A damaged paint surface or incorrectly chosen paint can allow moisture to penetrate the exterior structures. Renovation restores the building’s appearance while ensuring a functional and durable exterior.

We carry out façade renovations and façade painting for buildings.
