How the JKVR Contracting Process Works

The housing company carries out a needs assessment and defines the project budget.
3. Quotation
The housing company requests a quotation from Jokiväri.
4. Agreement
The housing company selects Jokiväri as its contractual partner and accepts the quotation.
5. Detailed Design
Jokiväri prepares the detailed implementation plan and applies for the required building permits.
6. Implementation
Jokiväri carries out the project in accordance with the approved implementation plan.
7. Handover
At the end of the project, Jokiväri hands over the completed work to the client and provides instructions for its use.
