As part of the comprehensive bathroom renovation, all wet room surfaces were renewed, with the exception of the bathroom door. The original pastel-coloured square tiles from the 1980s were replaced with contemporary rectangular white tiles, helping the windowless bathroom feel brighter and more spacious.

The surface renovation was carried out at the same time as the plumbing renovation, so the customer did not need to pay separately for the plumbing work completed by Jokiväri. The only additional costs came from upgrading the sauna fittings.

For practical reasons, the sauna control panel was installed in the upstairs lobby. This allows the sauna to be switched on from the upper floor without having to walk downstairs.

As part of the renovation, we installed the customer’s chosen raised, space-saving sauna heater with an illuminated safety railing. It completed the practical and stylish design.

Atmospheric, relaxing lighting was also added to the sauna, creating a space that is sure to be a pleasure to enjoy.
