A Well-Planned and Properly Executed Housing Company Renovation Delivers Long-Term Benefits
Careful planning and timely implementation of housing company renovations help preserve property value and maintain comfortable living conditions over the long term. We acted as the main contractor for the building services renovation at Asunto Oy Tesoman Käpyhaka, completed in late 2024. The project included a comprehensive refurbishment that also took future needs into account.

Particular praise was given for the quality of the workmanship, adherence to schedule, and the professional and friendly employees. Areas identified for improvement included communication with shareholders who do not live in the building and communication concerning the restoration of the outdoor areas.
