The premises of Outokumpu Cooperative Bank had become impractical and outdated. In Jokiväri’s skilled hands, the space was transformed into a functional and welcoming bank environment for both employees and customers.

The renovation updated all customer service and staff areas to meet current requirements. The refurbishment even required partition walls to be relocated so that the layout could better support the bank’s operations. The walls were painted in neutral colours, suspended ceilings were renewed, and the lighting was updated to create a pleasant environment suitable for office work.

All surfaces were upgraded with durable, easy-to-maintain materials. Contemporary carpet tiles designed for public spaces were installed on the floors to improve the acoustics of the bank branch and reduce echoes in the main banking hall.

The commercial property renovation was comprehensive, covering everything from floors and ceilings to the walls and layout. The entire premises were fully renovated in less than two months.
